00:00Please welcome your host, Jeanette Munrara.
00:24Hello and welcome to your Wednesday edition of It Takes Two.
00:28Live on BBC Two and iFlare, we're halfway through the week and the days may be shorter, the nights colder and full-on hibernation mode is calling.
00:39But just like a shot of espresso, It Takes Two is here to perk you right up with your midweek boost.
00:45So let's see what we've got coming up tonight.
00:48These two served up a couple's choice that had the judges going full-on gaga.
00:53Karen and Carlos are here to chat about nailing that canography, how it feels to finally have cracked Craig's poker face, and what sweet surprises they have in store for Musicals Week.
01:04Plus, it's been 20 fabulous years since the very first Argentine Tango lit up the Strictly Ballroom.
01:10And to celebrate, we've reunited Vincent and Flavia, the pros that started it all, to take us back to where the magic began.
01:17And continuing the celebration in the studio tonight, it's Strictly's incredible Argentine Tango choreographers, Leandro and Maria.
01:25And remember, we love hearing from you, so if you're wondering if Karen's been teaching Carlos any football tricks, then send your questions to our WhatsApp number 0800-022-3801 or just scan the QR code on your screen.
01:43But first, our pros have competed in world championships and handled sequins in uncomfortable places.
01:49But nothing compares to the challenge that lies ahead.
01:53Yes, it is, of course, the pro challenge.
01:55And before we show you the two pros of the evening brave enough to whisk it for a chocolate biscuit, here's Shirley to remind us of that all-important step.
02:05Oh, excuse me, that one's mine.
02:07The Strictly Pro Challenge is back.
02:10Our professional dancers are attempting to set a world record for the most of samba whisks performed in 30 seconds.
02:22The whisk must step to the side, cross behind and replace.
02:28No mistakes sneak past me.
02:31It's never too early for a disqualification from Shirley.
02:36Oh, this hot sun.
02:38Oh, I lost it.
02:40Only one pro can be victorious.
02:44Welcome to the Strictly Pro Challenge 2025.
02:51Now, stepping up to the challenge podium is a Russian-born dance machine with four Italian titles, who's hoping she hasn't made any mushtuks.
03:00And joining her is a Latin specialist, two-time Strictly semi-finalist, and 2023 Pro Challenge runner-up, who's hoping this year the winning shoe finally fits.
03:12Give it up for Luba Nancy!
03:14Hello, ladies.
03:30Hello.
03:31All right, Luba, this is your eighth year taking part in the Pro Challenge.
03:35How did you find this year's task?
03:38How did you measure up to the rest of the years?
03:39To be honest, every year is getting harder and harder, I must say.
03:43Yeah.
03:43It was very challenging this year.
03:45It's in the name, yeah.
03:46Yes.
03:47Nancy, you're a Latin girl, right?
03:49I am.
03:49How pleased were you to know that the move was a Samba move this year?
03:53Yes, and no, I'm not excited about that at all, because we are here to talk about quantity.
03:59We're not talking about the quality, but the equalites, we're still talking about the quality.
04:04So are we talking about quantity or quality?
04:06Both.
04:06Both.
04:07Okay, so I'm glad we cleared that up.
04:08Well, enough to chat.
04:09Shall we start with you, Luba?
04:11Let's go.
04:12Let's see how you got on.
04:13Let's do this.
04:16I'm feeling very positive this year.
04:18You know why?
04:19Last year, I was lost.
04:20It cannot go any worse than that.
04:23I have no plan.
04:24I'm going to go in there and do my best.
04:27Let's go.
04:31Hello, everyone.
04:32Hi, Luba.
04:33How are you doing today?
04:34Very good.
04:35Well, I'm very excited, I have to say, about watching you do the Samba.
04:38How are you feeling about doing the Samba?
04:40I am feeling positive, because last year didn't went so well for me.
04:45So this year is a new year.
04:47It's a new day.
04:48And we're going to do it better.
04:49Are you going to go for speed or precision?
04:52Well, if you know me well, and you do, I think I will go for precision.
04:56Well, we're very excited to see this, so please take centre stage.
04:59Thank you very much.
05:02Right.
05:02This is an official attempt in three, two, one, go.
05:11Keep those legs moving, good girl.
05:15Doing well.
05:21Get past the exhaustion with those legs.
05:24Keep it moving.
05:25Fifteen seconds left.
05:29Loving those hips.
05:33There has never been 30 seconds longer.
05:37You're doing it.
05:37You're doing it.
05:39One.
05:39Stop.
05:40Well done, you.
05:42Wow.
05:43How did you feel that went?
05:44I feel my hips are cracking all over the place.
05:47When you have to do it in intensity for 30 seconds, it's more difficult than you think, isn't it?
05:51It is.
05:52It is.
05:52I try to keep the technique, but go a bit quicker to have a speed also, so let's see, fingers crossed.
06:00Thank you very much, Luba.
06:01Thank you so much.
06:03Oh, I need to stretch now.
06:07I feel confused.
06:11Oh, it was complicated, I must admit.
06:14Let's hope it's going to be better than last year, please.
06:17Thank you so much.
06:47Look and see how you've done on your pro challenge this year.
06:50Okay, here we go.
06:52Nancy's attempt.
06:56Samba is not my favorite, but I'm a Latin girl, so I'm going to bring my vibe.
07:02Come on.
07:03My plan is to go for pure speed.
07:06Bring it on.
07:09Hello, Nancy.
07:10Hello, Shirley.
07:11How are you feeling about the samba?
07:13I'm not a big fan of samba, but I'm going to try my best.
07:16But actually, you've had some memorable sambas on the show, so I'm expecting great things from you.
07:21Will you be going for speed or precision?
07:23Well, I'm going to try and do, please, both.
07:26You're going to try to do both.
07:27Okay.
07:28Speed is the most.
07:29All right, let's see it.
07:30Please, take center stage.
07:32This is an official attempt in three, two, one, go.
07:43Keep going.
07:45Those legs will start to feel a little bit strained.
07:49Don't stop.
07:50That's it.
07:5115 seconds.
07:56I'm loving the singing, too.
07:57Helping you.
08:03Ow.
08:04Five, four, three, two, one, stop.
08:10Well done, you.
08:14How did that feel, Nancy?
08:16Well, I regret for one thing.
08:18I did put water under my shoes.
08:20Okay.
08:21So it felt a little bit sticky.
08:23It should go a little bit smoother.
08:25It's a little easier if the floor is slick for this particular action in samba.
08:29Well, Nancy, we'll have to wait and see in the results.
08:33Good luck to me.
08:36I'm not really satisfied.
08:42Did I say I'd go speed?
08:43Well, it didn't go that well.
08:47I keep my finger crossed for the results.
08:53Nancy's a joke.
08:54Okay, Nancy, you said that you regretted putting the water onto your shoes.
08:57Elaborate.
08:58What happens when you do that?
08:59Well, under my shoes, there's a rubber.
09:01And I try to put a little bit of water just to keep me stick on the floor.
09:04But with this step, you don't need.
09:06You need a smoothness.
09:07You need the smoothness.
09:08The biggest mistake I've done in my life.
09:10But this was the cutest thing I've ever seen in my entire life.
09:13It was the cutest little whisk we've ever seen, I have to admit.
09:15Absolutely.
09:15But ladies, at the moment, Johannes is at the top of the leaderboard with 25.
09:20Oh, George, of course.
09:21Yes.
09:21He's a samba king.
09:22Let's see how you've done.
09:23Okay.
09:24Now, after each of the professionals made their attempt, the footage was watched back by adjudicators
09:29in slow motion to verify every single step to make sure they were accurate.
09:35Luba, I can reveal.
09:37In 30 seconds, you completed.
09:40Twenty-eight steps.
09:49Yes.
09:50Okay.
09:51And, Nancy, I can reveal that in 30 seconds, you completed.
10:02Twenty-nine steps.
10:04Okay, okay, okay.
10:05However, were there any disqualifications?
10:08Yeah, of course.
10:09Yes.
10:10And to clarify for everyone at home, the disqualifications were mainly for the second heel not going down
10:17fully on the flat ball flat action.
10:20So, if the second heel didn't go down the way it should, it was disqualified.
10:24And I can tell you that one of you just had one disqualification.
10:28That must be you.
10:29While the other had ten.
10:31That must be me.
10:32I don't think so.
10:34So, someone here is about to overtake Johannes.
10:37Ooh.
10:38And I can reveal that person is...
10:46Nancy!
10:51Congratulations, Nancy.
10:53You are top of the leaderboard with 28 points.
10:56Nancy, do you think this is your year?
10:59No.
10:59Because I've been calling this time.
11:02Normally, they save the best for the end in this case.
11:05Well, listen.
11:06For now, you are top of the leaderboard.
11:07But let's hear it for both Luba and Nancy.
11:09Yes!
11:11Okay.
11:12Now, 20 years ago, two young dancers brought a routine full of passion, fire, and footwork
11:18sharper than Craig's eyebrow raises to the Strictly ballroom to mark this anniversary of the Argentine
11:24Tango.
11:24Here are former Strictly pros, Vincent and Flavia, taking us back to where it all began.
11:35Oh, my goodness.
11:36I haven't seen Flavia for a while.
11:38And it would be lovely to see her again.
11:41It's always nice to catch up and think about our beautiful memories that we had.
11:46So, we're going to look back at memories.
11:57I cannot wait.
11:58So, it was 20 years ago when we won the World Argentine Tango Championship.
12:07We did not start the Tango because we wanted to compete in it.
12:10It was really quite late on in our professional career.
12:13We watched the movie, The Tango Lesson.
12:16We just fell in love with it, didn't we?
12:17After I said to you, tomorrow morning, call the first Tango teacher you can find.
12:25It was all about trying not to look like a Bormann Latin dancer and changing the technique
12:31we had in our bodies.
12:33There was a time I nearly gave up because it was very complicated.
12:36Yeah.
12:38The first experience of dancing on TV was Dance Fever.
12:42Yes, correct.
12:43Coincidence, the producer of Dance Fever was the same producer as Frickin' Come Dancing.
12:50She wanted us to showcase the Argentine Tango because they wanted to introduce it to Strictly.
12:59But I do remember the adrenaline.
13:01I don't think at that time we really realised that there were 10 million people watching from
13:06home at all.
13:07And I think it was the unknown also for us of how people were going to respond to the dance
13:12because it was the first time.
13:15But it was magical.
13:16That was the beginning of the whirlwind.
13:19When we choreographed the number for the professional celebrities, we didn't know how TV works,
13:26how the celebrity will react to this.
13:28It was probably one of the most challenging times.
13:31Left leg back.
13:34The poor pros at that time didn't have a clue what an Argentine tango was.
13:38No.
13:38Some of them were just having a right giggle.
13:40Sorry.
13:41How many injuries and kicks did they have?
13:43Especially Ian Wade and Zoe Ball.
13:47I mean, the drama.
13:50We had no idea whether it would work, but it all came together in the end.
13:53Yeah.
13:54It was the best way to showcase this dance for the very first time.
13:58Well done.
14:012006 was our first year as professional dancers.
14:05Yeah.
14:05We always loved performing more than competing.
14:09So it was the right time.
14:11We took the right path.
14:12Yeah.
14:13So how fortunate were we that we had so many opportunities to perform the Argentine tango every year on the results show.
14:21But also, we introduced the other styles.
14:25The milonga.
14:26We did the milonga.
14:27It's the happy style of the Argentine tango.
14:32Tango walls is the romantic side.
14:35It's what they were doing in Argentina at weddings.
14:37Yes.
14:37But it's such a beautiful dance.
14:39Yeah, that's never been done since.
14:41No.
14:43I look forward so much to this every series.
14:47Vincent Simone and Flavia Kakache.
14:49When Bruce introduced us, he was saying they are my favourite couple.
14:54Well, he used to say that about everyone, but I do think it was his favourite dance.
14:58Yes.
14:59They really are a couple of my favourites.
15:01I know it will be great.
15:02That's it.
15:03Wow.
15:05We had these amazing opportunities to film those really special VTs.
15:10What about the rooftop one?
15:11Yeah.
15:11It was freezing.
15:15It was absolutely stunning.
15:17That was special.
15:18Post Strictly, we literally toured for nine years non-stop.
15:23I'm really proud that we were Olivier Awards nominated.
15:27What an incredible experience.
15:29I had the honour and the pleasure to go back and choreograph some of the performances.
15:35My favourite was Alexandra Burke with Gawker.
15:39He was so powerful and strong and passionate.
15:42For me, still the best on the show.
15:44I particularly love to see the two males dance together, the tango.
15:54Johannes and John, you think about the origins of the tango, where it just taps into how the men used to dance together to impress the ladies.
16:01Yes.
16:01It just looks so right.
16:03Yeah, you and me, we feel right on the side.
16:07So what an amazing time we've had reflecting and looking back.
16:10I've got so many incredible memories of dancing on that Strictly floor.
16:15Well, believe it or not, 20 years later, the Argentine tango is stronger than ever.
16:22Not in a million years would we ever have thought that it would still be so incredibly popular.
16:28So me and you left a legacy.
16:38Shall I get my dance shoes?
16:39Yes.
16:40I've got mine on already.
16:42Cheers.
16:42Salute.
16:43Salute.
16:47And joining me once again to delve even deeper into the world of Argentine tango,
16:51it's our fabulous Strictly choreographers, Leandro and Maria.
16:57Welcome, guys.
16:57It's so unloved to have you both back on the show.
16:59Leandro, Vincent and Flavia brought this style to Strictly back in 2005,
17:04but how far back does your connection with them go?
17:07We go back a long, long, long way.
17:09We are still very good friends.
17:11And actually, I have to thank them, not only for opening the doors to Strictly come dancing of real Argentine tango,
17:18but we met on one of their shows.
17:21So we were part of the cast and the West End.
17:24And that's how we...
17:25We did the tango together, their show, and that's where we met.
17:28Is that how you met?
17:29I love the romance, the Argentine tango part.
17:31I know.
17:32It's a magic.
17:33Everything's a magic.
17:34But Maria, you were both dancing Argentine tango long before it came to Strictly,
17:39but what has your Argentine tango journey on the show looked like?
17:43Look, we only have 90 seconds to create magic.
17:47So for us, it's been a bit of a journey to create a special moment that the audience connect to all in 90 seconds.
17:56So I think we have learned how to choreograph in a way that shows a lot of connection,
18:01shows a lot of Argentine tango moves, but with a Strictly twist.
18:05Strictly twist?
18:06Yes.
18:07That everybody loves.
18:08Yeah.
18:08It's such a popular style, literally.
18:10So many people say it's their favorite.
18:11But as of last Saturday, we have had 82 couples dance the Argentine tango on the show.
18:18How have you seen the style evolve through the years?
18:21Well, you know what?
18:21It's funny.
18:22Out of the 82, we have choreographed more than 30.
18:26So we are getting close to half of the history of Argentine tango.
18:30That's nice, isn't it?
18:32Yes.
18:32It's a lot.
18:33It has evolved a lot.
18:34In the beginning, it was, in the very beginning, it was tango, ballroom tango meets Argentine tango.
18:41Yes.
18:42Nowadays, it's pure Argentine tango.
18:45It's pure, authentic Argentine tango.
18:48So it has gone to full productions.
18:51Yes.
18:53But although it's spectacular, we zoom in to the couple, to the connection.
18:59Yes.
19:00I love it.
19:00So that has stayed the same.
19:02That intensity has always remained, which is the core of Argentine tango.
19:06I think it's what we love the most about that time style.
19:08And I think also it evolves in a way that now the production is huge, from the costumes, from the themes, the concepts.
19:14Some of the routines look like West End shows themselves, just in those 90 seconds.
19:19So I think it has escalated quite a lot.
19:21Massively.
19:22Now, you've both choreographed some incredible routines this series.
19:25But which one has stood out to the two of you and why?
19:28Such a difficult question.
19:29It's so difficult to choose.
19:31You've got to pick one.
19:32Give me one.
19:33One.
19:34It's like choosing your favorite child.
19:35You can't.
19:35Yeah.
19:36I think Amber and Nikita did an incredible job.
19:38We pushed them quite a lot.
19:39Yes.
19:40And I think their routine was quite spectacular.
19:43What about Harry and Karen meets Usher as a concept?
19:48Great, great challenge for us.
19:49And they did it so, so, so good.
19:50And I personally loved Karen and Carlos' the Peaky Blinders Argentine tango.
19:54We're huge fans of Peaky Blinders.
19:56So it was first when we received the concept and the song, we were like, yes, we have to make everyone proud.
20:01Everything came together.
20:02The song, the costumes, the interpretation, the choreography, everything together.
20:07Basically all of them that you've done on the show.
20:08All of them.
20:09All of them.
20:09I'm sure the series you've loved.
20:09All of them.
20:09Equally.
20:10But we've also seen some very memorable Argentine tango over the years.
20:14These two of your favorites that you've done throughout the years, Johannes and John and Leighton and Nikita.
20:20Why were these two some of your favorites?
20:21I think Johannes and John were the first couple, first same gender couple for us.
20:27So it was quite special to create the Argentine tango in that form.
20:32And I think they did an incredible job.
20:34Their friendship and their connection came through on the routine.
20:37So I think we were both crying for like three days after we saw that.
20:41Leighton and Nikita, I mean, it was perfection.
20:45It was.
20:46The whole routine, the costumes, their interpretation, their commitment to the characters.
20:51Because always there's a narrative behind every choreography, every routine.
20:55And they committed, they interpreted, they gave it their all.
20:59Well, I'm going to ask you to give it your all now.
21:01Because as huge fans of the show, we'd love to see something, maybe learn something.
21:06Can you teach us a little bit?
21:08Yes.
21:08So everyone at home, get on your feet, give it a go.
21:10Come on.
21:11Let's do something that people can do at home.
21:14So we're going to teach you the forward ochos.
21:16Every strictly routine has this figure.
21:20And it's when the follower pivots on one foot and the leader goes side to side.
21:24And then if we want to add some flair, we can do a gancho.
21:27Oui!
21:28Wait, wait, wait.
21:29We like the flair.
21:30Do it again, do it again, do it again, do it again.
21:32So from an ocho, don't show.
21:35Okay, can you do one more?
21:36Can you show us one more?
21:37Shall we teach the calesita?
21:38Calesita is when the follower pivots on one leg and the leader goes around.
21:44And we can finish that.
21:46Oh, my gosh.
21:48With a pose.
21:49I can feel these.
21:50I feel like I'm interrupting something.
21:52Thank you so much.
21:53Guys, come back.
21:54Have a seat.
21:56Aren't they good?
21:58It really is.
22:00We've been so lucky to have you throughout the years on Strictly.
22:02Thank you for the magic you've created.
22:04Let's hear it one more time for Leandra and Maria.
22:07Oh, I love it.
22:09It's a bit of spice on a Wednesday night.
22:10Okay.
22:11Next up on Saturday night, Karen and Carlos set out to celebrate the people who inspire us the most.
22:17And after a couple's choice that truly impressed the judges, they found themselves on the right track to celebrating a perfect 40.
22:24Let's remind ourselves of their performance.
22:29I love a strong woman.
22:31I mean, we watched you develop from the beginning of the competition.
22:34You are a superstar.
22:36Synchronicity was fantastic.
22:38Well done.
22:40That dance just got you into the Champions League.
22:44Girl, this is the next level.
22:50Congratulations.
22:51You knocked it out of the box.
22:57It's Karen and Carlos, everybody.
23:00Guys, you've only gone and scored your first 40.
23:04We all know what that means.
23:07Oh, my God.
23:09What was it like getting your first 40 for a dancer that meant so much to you?
23:21I mean, yeah, it did.
23:23It was an emotional one.
23:24Every time I did it was a challenge for me personally.
23:28But when we were in the Clauditorium, I actually didn't see the two middle 10s because I was trying to hug and make sure this gentleman was okay.
23:36And I was trying to peer around Claudia.
23:39And then eventually got through.
23:40I was like, Carlos, we've got 40.
23:41And I was trying to tell him.
23:43And he was obviously emotional.
23:44I was like, I'll just give him a hug.
23:45But it was incredible because it meant so much.
23:50Yeah, it was just a dream.
23:51Well, we've got a question that's come in for you guys.
23:53So, Karen, which is better?
23:55This is from Sue in Epping.
23:57Karen, which is better, scoring a goal for England or getting a 10 from Craig?
24:02Wow.
24:03No pressure.
24:04No pressure.
24:05Remember what show you're on, just saying.
24:07Exactly.
24:08Thanks for that.
24:09They were both equally amazing.
24:11Yes.
24:12Good answer.
24:13Good answer.
24:14There we go.
24:15Guys touched on it then, Carlos, but we just need to check.
24:18Are you definitely okay?
24:20Because your reaction and the emotions you shared with us in the auditorium.
24:24I wasn't.
24:25Look at this.
24:26Bless.
24:27How are you feeling about it now?
24:29Have you recovered?
24:30Yeah, I had.
24:31I had three days to recover.
24:32I did.
24:33And I just could have stopped crying.
24:35And I...
24:35Sorry.
24:36It was just emotional.
24:37I think it's just all over the place.
24:39And also, it was my first ever 40.
24:41First ever 40.
24:41In my four years, I strictly...
24:43...ticks forever.
24:45So I'm really pleased.
24:46If you're going to go again, we've got the tissues ready.
24:48Don't worry.
24:48I promise you, I'm going to stay controlled.
24:50But I think it's good.
24:51Channel your feelings.
24:52Men showing that they can cry.
24:53We like that, right?
24:54It's good.
24:54Exactly.
24:55Exactly.
24:55But it was for both of us and both for our mums.
25:00It was emotional dance.
25:01Yeah, it was emotional dance.
25:01Yeah, a week.
25:02It was an emotional week for me.
25:03Yeah, yeah.
25:03But this is why the couple's choice is so beautiful.
25:05Because it really becomes a team in that dance.
25:07Yeah.
25:08And speaking of your mum, you did dedicate the dance to your mum, Marie.
25:11She was in the audience.
25:12She watched it.
25:12What does she make of the performance?
25:14Oh, no, my mum, Marie.
25:14You look gorgeous.
25:15Yeah, she's so happy.
25:17I think for any mum, I don't have children myself, but from what my mum tells me and all
25:23parents, that they just want your kid to be happy.
25:25And my mum knows how happy I am dancing with this gentleman next to me.
25:30Every time we get the opportunity, I'm just so happy and grateful.
25:34And I don't think she could ask for any more.
25:37And she loves him to pieces.
25:39And, yeah, it was just such a great night and so grateful.
25:43Honestly, I was crying too.
25:44It was so brilliant.
25:44It was a beautiful night for the two of you.
25:46But, canography.
25:47There was canography in the routine.
25:50We did notice in training that one of you found them a little bit tricky.
25:54Shall we have a look?
25:55Okay.
25:56Yeah.
25:56One, two, three, four, five, six, six.
26:04One more time.
26:08Sorry.
26:09Oh, my God.
26:11You made it work on the night, Carlos.
26:13You made it work on the night.
26:13I did.
26:14I tried my best.
26:14You did.
26:15To keep up with her.
26:15You did.
26:16I did.
26:17And as well as the canography, there was some amazing freestyle moments that came from you
26:22in that dance.
26:23Carlos, at what point in this week did you realize, God, we've got to put this in?
26:26She's got this in the locker.
26:28You know what?
26:29That was incredible.
26:30Not until this week.
26:31Actually, when we start doing this dance and all I know is she wants to be free and to do the things that she likes.
26:37And I remember on the first day morning and when Jay came in our incredible choreography, I said, Karen, show us something.
26:44Like, show what you got.
26:45Because she danced like hip-hop when she was a kid.
26:47You know, she's like, I'm dancing around it in my mom's kitchen room, living room.
26:51I'm just, you know, copying things.
26:52Ruined the carpet.
26:53Ruined the carpet.
26:54Ruined the carpet.
26:54100%.
26:55Ruined the carpet.
26:55I know.
26:55And I said, give something you done, like, when you were a kid.
26:58And she did something.
26:59Just that.
26:59Just that.
27:00Keep it.
27:00And either of us couldn't do it.
27:02And she can't do it.
27:02I said, just that.
27:03Also, huge congratulations to Jake Lee, first time choreographing a couple's choice.
27:06And it was amazing.
27:07You got a 40.
27:08I got a 40.
27:08But looking ahead, you are through to musicals week and the quarterfinals.
27:13Yes.
27:13Where you'll be dancing a samba to a version of this.
27:17Ruined the religion of the rhythm of life.
27:19The rhythm of life from sweet charity, Kaz, on the resort show.
27:24George was very honest about his feelings on musicals.
27:29What do you stand on them?
27:32There is a lot of singing.
27:33Okay.
27:34But, yeah, I've definitely grown into it.
27:37I really respect everyone that's in a musical.
27:39I really, really do.
27:40And I think it's incredible.
27:42But for our one, I'm growing into it.
27:45I'm really enjoying it.
27:46I mean, I was listening to it in my head at 2 a.m. this morning.
27:49So, yeah, it's growing on me.
27:51It's growing.
27:52It's definitely in there.
27:53And also with my voice singing every single day.
27:54Is it Carlos' voice in there, everyone?
27:56Yeah.
27:57And Carlos, this will be your second time going into musicals week with a celeb partner.
28:02How much are you looking forward to stepping into your Broadway shoes on the night?
28:06Darling, you know me.
28:07I know you.
28:07I love musicals.
28:09I know.
28:09We've been waiting for this moment.
28:11I know.
28:12I'm like, we're going to nail this dance.
28:14It doesn't matter how hard.
28:15This is you guys yesterday.
28:16It's looking good.
28:17We all know a samba is a hard dance.
28:19Yes.
28:20Any celebs.
28:21Yeah.
28:21But I'm so determined we're going to nail this dance because how much we love and respect
28:27to the musicals and also to the Sweet Charity of the Rhythm of Alive.
28:30It's such a great tune.
28:31I know.
28:32It's such a great tune.
28:33It's so good.
28:34It's in your ear at 2 in the morning.
28:35And guys, you've got six extra dancers.
28:38Now, when you did the Paso Dobian back pool, they were your Paso army.
28:40What do you call them this time around?
28:41I don't think I've got a name.
28:43It's just the team.
28:43Family.
28:44The team.
28:44Yeah, they're just, you know.
28:45Team samba on musicals week.
28:47Yeah, exactly.
28:47Oh, yeah.
28:47Big family.
28:48We're just going to, absolute, we're just going to go for it.
28:51I mean, it's a hard dance, but we're going to go for it.
28:53You're going to go for it.
28:54Well, we can't wait to watch it.
28:55Let's hear it for Kaz and Carlos.
28:58That's all for tonight.
28:59I'm back tomorrow with an exclusive look at this week's Professionals group number.
29:03There'll be a sneak peek inside Saturday night's Trickley Wardrobe with the glorious Vicky Gill.
29:07Two more pros take on the Pro Challenge, and I'll be catching up with Louis and Katya.
