00:35The announcement also came with a teaser for the new season.
00:38The logline for Season 3 reads,
00:40AFC Richmond faces ridicule as media predictions widely peg them as last in the Premier League.
00:46And Nate, now hailed as the Wonder Kid, has gone to work for Rupert at West Ham United.
00:51In the wake of Nate's contentious departure from Richmond,
00:54Roy Kent steps up as assistant coach alongside Beard.
00:57Meanwhile, as Ted deals with pressures at work,
00:59he continues to wrestle with his own personal issues back home.
01:03Rebecca is focused on defeating Rupert,
01:05and Keely navigates being the boss of her own PR agency.
01:09Apple TV Plus has remained tight-lipped about whether the show will end after this season.
01:13Co-creator and showrunner Bill Lawrence previously told THR,
01:17this story is going to be over in Season 3, regardless even if the show finds another story to tell and goes on.
01:24The show was created by Jason Sudeikis, Lawrence, Brendan Hunt, and Joe Kelly,
01:33based on a character Sudeikis played in a series of NBC Sports Premier League promos.
