00:00I'm curious what you think about owners going into the Hall of Fame.

00:03Do you think owners should go into the Hall of Fame?

00:05And if so, why?

00:09Well, in the few years that I was a voter,

00:12I was always taught that whether somebody belongs in the Hall of Fame

00:17should be connected to this question.

00:20Can you write the history of the game without them?

00:24And there are some owners who are intricately evolved

00:28with the history of the game.

00:30And to me, Robert Kraft is one.

00:32He has been at the forefront of huge television deals.

00:37He has, with his family, single-handedly redefined the area

00:43in which the Patriots play.

00:45That was a wasteland over there until they moved in there

00:49and built Gillette Stadium and the accompanying shopping area

00:52and everything that goes on there, concerts and everything.

00:56He has been at the forefront of labor negotiations.

01:00He has been the owner of arguably the greatest team in NFL history.

01:04Like, how does he not belong in the Hall of Fame?

01:07How does that not happen?

01:08Like, he is integral.

01:11By the way, he traded for Bill Belichick.

01:14Like, yeah, yeah.

01:18You can't write the history of the game without him.

01:20Therefore, he's a Hall of Famer.

01:22Can you, I know you have knowledge of how these things go

01:24when the 50 voters vote.

01:26And these five guys, I believe only three can come from this grouping

01:29or a maximum of three.

01:30They need to get 80% of the vote.

01:32Can you handicap it for us?

01:33Do you think it's likely that Bill gets it, Robert gets it, both, neither?

01:36Well, I felt like the fact that Robert didn't get it last year

01:43was both disappointing and surprising

01:47and, frankly, unacceptable in my mind.

01:52So, look, all five are worthy.

01:57You know, Kraft Belichick, worthy.

02:00Ken Anderson, worthy.

02:01Roger Craig, worthy.

02:02L.C. Greenwood, worthy.

02:03And I'm not going to be the one that eliminates.

02:06I don't vote.

02:07I'm glad I don't vote.

02:08But I can tell you the two names that would be at the top of my list.

02:11And they both would come from New England.
