00:02Adam Vinatieri, Logan Mankins, Julian Edelman.

00:08Like, I feel like this one, I mean, it would be an obvious vote for me.

00:12How did you vote in this?

00:15Yeah, it's an obvious vote for me, too.

00:17We need to put those three nominees out there, though,

00:19to give Vox Populity a chance to make their feelings known

00:24because the Patriots fans are the ones who dictate who goes in.

00:27We just narrow the field.

00:28I would say Vinatieri has to be in.

00:31I think Edelman has an extremely credible case against Vinatieri,

00:36but I think you're really ignorant of the foundational level

00:40of the Patriots dynasty if you don't say, yeah, that's all well and good

00:44that he was instrumental in three Super Bowl runs and wide receivers,

00:48trump kickers to an extent, but what Adam did was exceptional.

00:52But Vrabel last week just said without hesitation, Adam,

00:57and I actually spoke to Rodney Harrison this morning and asked him,

01:01and he didn't even let me finish.

01:02He said, Adam.

01:03And I think the most Patriots fans will say the same thing.

01:06Yeah, I think so, too, although I wonder if some of the younger demo

01:09will just say Edelman and all the big catches that he had

01:12and the unbelievable postseasons that he had.

01:14It's just more top of mind, not that Adam Vinatieri isn't.

01:17Yeah, a lot of trepidation, a lot of trepidation in the nomination meeting

01:23about that, and to the point where it almost felt like people were reluctant

01:30to have Edelman on the ballot.

01:33I'm like, look, you can't just rig the system.

01:35You've got to put it out.

01:36It's a fan vote.

01:39Kraft rigged the system for Parcells, right?

01:42Well, he put him in as a contributor.

01:44He didn't get elected by the fans.

01:46So it's kind of splitting hairs, but to an extent.

01:49He rigged it with Brady.

01:51But I think that would have been a formality anyway.

02:11I think the holdup on Bill is his end date is a little bit more ambiguous
