01:18the 50 hall of fame voters is far from certain they say belichick is believed to be a favorite for

01:23induction his nfl coaching record of 333 and 178 including playoffs second all time only to don

01:29shula's 347 uh two nine member committees one for coaches the other for contributors selected craft

01:36and belichick for consideration by the hall voters next month if both belichick and craft win 80 of the

01:42total vote the two men would be inducted side by side in canton next summer incredible quote from a

01:48veteran hall of fame voter on tuesday night you could have a delicious moment where craft and

01:54belichick get bust together nice uh i'd pay a lot of money to watch that how awkward would that be

02:02it'd be so awkward and it'd be incredible it'd be good theater that's almost better yeah than one of

02:06them like getting left out and having to be jealous of the other they both get in and have to share the

02:10dais together because at first when this whole process was playing out i was like oh there's only one

02:14and so bill is going to prevent robert from getting in once again and we've both maintained this for a

02:19long time but just to clarify again uh owners really in my mind shouldn't be in the hall of fame but if

02:26you are going to put them in then yes robert craft should be bill belichick obviously should be a hall

02:29of famer so bill's going to get in the first crack for whatever reason number of different reasons and

02:33we've gone over them in years past grudges whatever it might be robert craft hasn't gotten in

02:38but for him to get in the same year as bill he'd be happy that he's in don't get me wrong

02:45but how pissed would he be to have to share the day with belichick okay well he would act fake nice

02:49though i know that oh he would do what he did in the photos he would do what he did at the brady

02:53roast where he'd act like they're all good i'm talking about for real or at his uh at the belichick

02:58firing press conference he would act nicely nice bill wouldn't do any of the roast remember he tried

03:29issue with yes big time because they'd be like robert craft you finally get in and like the main reason

03:34you're in is because he had this guy you know and then it would just it'd be pretty amazing and you

03:38wonder if some of these voters because they all have their own you know vendettas or whatever else

03:43i wonder if part of them are like you know what this is what's gonna happen you are gonna vote you

03:47in this year but along with bill screw you too you got you guys are each other you got you guys are

03:52going in together yeah which you know bill thinks that's way beneath like bill bill's like why are the

03:56owners even in here probably well and i but i agree with belichick well i do too like it's like who

04:01craft had borderline nothing to do with the dynasty he owns the team yeah and he didn't really spend

04:05on it the borderline nothing to do with it i look that's that's harsh he's the one who brought in

04:09bill but like if you're ranking them it's brady by a mile then it's belichick by a mile yeah and

05:26vote for one or two correct some might some you can vote to up to three so some voters may say i'm only

05:31voting for one i'm only voting for two i'm voting for neither of these guys because of their cheating

05:35or whatever which is stupid uh last year craft was seen as a favorite but was snubbed by the

05:39contributors committee which selected nfl co-founder ralph hay i mean that was that was dumb

05:44uh that decision enraged many of craft supporters among hall of fame voters including bill pollian

05:51peter king and sal pal oh so we're naming names here yeah king pollian and sal pal why are they so

05:59they're upset favorable and biased towards craft hmm by the way so the three other guys that are on

06:04there that could uh prevent one of them from getting in so lc greenwood was on the steel curtain

06:09defense for the steelers i feel like that entire steelers team is in the hall of fame yeah and so

06:13he's not so what happens is this is not just contributors it's also like a senior committee

06:18so that's like roger craig everybody knows who like so it's not just coaches against coaches

06:23and owners against owners and like whatever else so you do have a couple of players that

06:29maybe could sneak in there he's a four-time super bowl champion six-time pro bowler all decade 1970s

06:35team i would just say all-time steelers team all due respect i don't even know where he played

06:38all due respect you're not in yet you probably missed your window on that is what i would i would tend

06:43to agree but like i also didn't think ralph haye was going to get in last year but that was that

06:47was also stupid that was dumb but i'm just saying there is precedent for stupidity and therefore

06:54therefore you know it might be ken anderson and roger craig and anderson i mean belichick to me is a

07:00uh a hundred percent in i think every single guy is going to vote for belichick i don't know about

07:05craft because he's been held out this long this is belichick's first crack like to your point of

07:08those other guys they've all had an opportunity to get in except for bill craft has been on

07:12they've been at it for 14 years campaigning he's never been a finalist yeah so i don't know if

07:16that's a sign that he's going to get in or if that's just a sign that it's been working against

07:21him and now the bill's on the ballot he's gonna keep waiting i know but it would be great to see

07:24them go in together i hadn't considered that i just amazing just going off breer a month or so ago

07:29he's like it's pretty much going to come down to one spot which i don't know if that's i don't know

07:33if that's accurate or not i don't know how the voting is going to play out

07:35but it sounds like bill has the leg up for sure
