00:19A Russian leader also said that the European continent excluded itself from the peace processes

00:25to end the Ukrainian conflict as it does not support Moscow's strategies.

00:31He also affirmed that due to that, Europe began to obstruct the peace talks promoted by the United States

00:38and stressed that NATO does not have a peaceful agenda for the conflict.
