00:00I love just playing with the idea of a burger. This is one of my favorite recipes for a burger
00:08with an alt bun. It's the burger with a quesadilla as a bun. As you can see, I made the patty for
00:14the quesadilla burger the same size and shape as the tortillas of the quesadilla itself.
00:18I started getting obsessed with different uses for tater tots, so I thought it'd be fun to also use
00:33those as a bun for a burger and see where that went. It's like instead of having a burger with
00:40french fries, you're having the burger and fries all in one bite. This one's gonna be a sushi rice
00:46bun and I have some bowls here that are sort of bun-sized. Stir it with sugar, salt, and rice
00:52vinegar and that's where it's gonna get this perfectly sticky consistency. The best way to
00:56work with sushi rice is to wet your hands first because otherwise the super sticky rice is gonna
01:01stick right to your hands.
