00:24whipped cream with cherry. Olive oil is a huge ice cream trend right now I've had

00:30olive oil gelato and ice cream at several shops without you know having

00:33actual olive oil ice cream you can just use olive oil and a little balsamic

00:37vinegar as the topping for your sundae. Make sure you get the type of balsamic

00:41that is a syrup it's a lot sweeter and it clings better to the ice cream and it

00:45just looks like chocolate sauce already. Just like anything else you put olive oil

00:50on you want to finish with a little bit of sea salt. Sometimes after a long day

00:54a big bowl of ice cream isn't even enough you have to set something on fire.
