00:17He's done great. I mean, I think he's learning. He's continuing to grow in that.

00:21I mean, we talk to him about it a lot. I mean, he's our conductor, man.

00:26He's our guy. We need him out there. So the last thing we need is him taking unnecessary hits.

00:33And, you know, he's doing a great job of that. He's playing at a high level and we need him out there.

00:38So just trying to avoid those hit as much as we can.
