The second autopsy of 22-year-old Reserve Officers Training Unit (PALAPES) cadet Syamsul Haris Shamsudin has uncovered new findings.   Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said the police are finalising the investigation papers, which will soon be submitted to the Attorney General’s Chambers for further action.
