Joey Graziadei dishes on his dancing skills with THR at the 'Dancing With the Stars' press line alongside dance partner Jenna Johnson. Plus, Jenna jokes about preparing Joey and fiancé Kelsey Anderson for their first dance at the wedding.

00:00I heard that dancing was on your bucket list, so how's it been going so far?

00:04It's starting. Yeah, we're doing it. It's been awesome.

00:08She's amazing, so I'm just really leaning on her and trying to listen to whatever I can

00:12and hopefully not make her job too difficult, but it's been super fun.

00:16Jenna, how would you rate Joey's dance skills?

00:19What's my number? It's 1 to 10. Be kind.

00:23You know what? I'm going to leave room for improvement. I'll give it a 6.

00:26That's better than I thought she was going to say. I'll take a 6. I love it.

00:30That was going to do like a 2? I didn't know. I wasn't sure.

00:34Well, have you been bringing home any of the choreography to Kelsey? Have you been practicing at all?

00:39Every single time I went home, she's asked me like, okay, show me what you learned today, so it's good.

00:43I love this extra rehearsal.

00:46Jog the memory a little bit, make sure I know what I'm doing, but she's really excited, which is awesome.

00:51How's her dancing skill? Is she helping you? Is she giving any tips?

00:53She's not the best dancer. She knows that too, and she knows I love her.

00:57I will help both of you.

00:58She's glad it's me and not her. She's like, I have more potential than she does in her brain, but she's going to do great.

01:04I'm sure she'll love to kind of learn alongside with me too.

01:07Jenna, you have to teach them the first dance then.

01:09Yes. You know, Val was even saying, he was like, I should work with Kelsey, give her some one-on-ones,

01:14and then we'll get them ready for their first dance, get them all prepared and everything.

01:17We'll take all the help that you can get.

01:18100%. Well, you know, this is also the first season where there's a Bachelor and Bachelorette competing,

01:24so do you think that Jen is going to be your main competition this season, or will it be Val,

01:30because Val's your competition every season, right, Jenna?

01:32Yes, every season.

01:35Bachelorets have always done really well on the show.

01:37We haven't had a male, I guess a Bachelor, make it to the finale, so I would really love to see Joey do that.

01:44That's our goal. That's what we're focusing on, but yeah, we both said we're going to focus on what we can control

01:48and just do what we can do every week, and that's the thought process.

01:52Is there a song or an artist that you're looking forward to hopefully dancing to this season?

01:57Ooh, I will literally dance to anything. My music genre is kind of all over the place.

02:02I'll throw out there, like a Taylor Swift song would be pretty fun.

02:04It would be nice to do a Taylor Swift song.

02:06Yeah, everybody loves Taylor Swift songs.

02:07I know, right?

02:08I think they did a Taylor night, was it last year?

02:09They did, they did, yeah.

02:11That could be good.

02:12Well, speaking of theme nights, I know that there's so many fun theme nights for you guys every season.

02:16If you both could come up with your own theme night, what would it be?

02:20Ooh.

02:22I want to hear yours.

02:24I got one of you. You want to think a little longer.

02:26Yeah, you go, you go.

02:27I would love to see a tennis theme night. I know it's cliche for me, but that would be awesome to do something,

02:31because we'd have a leg up if we did that one.

02:34Tennis theme would be good.

02:35Yeah, just throw tennis balls in the mix.

02:37Toss me a racket, something. I could do that theme all day.

02:40I feel like something like Mad Max-inspired theme would be so sick.

02:45I think the costuming, the makeup, and the music, you could get really creative with that, so I'll say that.

02:51I love that. I love that.

02:52I also know the athletes tend to do really well this season, so fingers crossed.

02:56I mean, we have Olympians. We have guys that have won Super Bowls.

03:01I don't know if I'm in the athlete credentials, but I can hit a tennis ball.

03:07You've had an entire tennis-themed season, so we've got to count you as an athlete.

03:12I'm a little light on my feet, right? I'm doing all right.

03:14I'll try to help out. I'll take the athlete's title if I have to.
