01:34to introduce two-time Oscar nominee Bette Midler,

01:40So when you need a touch and loving, yes.
01:47But it was Shallow that took home the trophy
01:49of her best original song.
01:50Gaga delivered an emotional speech,
01:52sharing this advice with her fans and viewers at home.
