00:00Jennifer Aniston is blasting Senator J.D. Vance over his past comments about women without children.
00:06The VP candidate and Donald Trump's running mate made controversial comments in 2021,
00:11which recently resurfaced about women such as Vice President Kamala Harris, who have not given birth.
00:17The Morning Show star wrote on her Instagram story on Wednesday,
00:20I truly can't believe this is coming from a potential VP of the United States.
00:24All I can say is, Mr. Vance, I pray that your daughter is fortunate enough to bear children of her own one day.
00:31Aniston, who has shared her personal IVF journey in the past, continued,
00:34I hope she will not need to turn to IVF as a second option because you are trying to take that away from her too.
00:40In her post, the Friends alum also shared a screenshot of a post on X,
00:44which featured Vance's July 2021 interview with then Fox News host Tucker Carlson.
00:49In the clip, Donald Trump's running mate can be heard saying the United States was being run by,
00:54quote, a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives
00:58and the choices that they've made, and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable too.
01:02Vance called out people such as Harris and AOC and noted,
01:06the entire future of the Democrats is controlled by people without children.
01:09And how does it make any sense that we've turned our country over to people
01:13who don't really have a direct stake in it?
01:15Aniston has previously addressed the false pregnancy rumors that she's dealt with throughout her career,
01:20telling Allure in 2022 that it was really hard to see the fake reports.
01:25I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it.
01:28I was throwing everything at it.
01:29I would have given anything if someone had said to me,
01:32freeze your eggs, do yourself a favor.
01:34You just don't think it.
