00:00Taylor Swift is calling out Ticketmaster after fans experienced problems buying tickets to her upcoming Errors tour.

00:07Ticketmaster experienced errors and site slowdowns on Tuesday during its presale for verified fans.

00:13The site sold 2 million tickets during the presale, a record for a single artist in a day,

00:18but continued to experience technical issues with its Capital One sale Wednesday due to high demand.

00:23Ticketmaster then canceled the general sale on Friday, quote,

00:26due to extraordinarily high demands on ticketing systems and insufficient remaining ticket inventory to meet that demand.

00:33Swift took to Instagram to address the ticketing issues on Friday.

00:37She began by saying she's extremely protective of her fans,

00:40so over the years she's brought many elements of her career in-house to improve the quality of her Swifties experience.

00:45The singer and songwriter continued,

00:47It's really difficult for me to trust an outside entity with these relationships and loyalties,

00:52and excruciating for me to just watch mistakes happen with no recourse.

00:57She went on to say,

00:58I'm not going to make excuses for anyone because we asked them multiple times if they could handle this kind of demand,

01:04and we were assured they could.

01:05It's truly amazing that 2.4 million people got tickets,

01:09but it really pisses me off that a lot of them feel like they went through several bear attacks to get them.

01:13The pop star said she and her team are, quote,

01:16trying to figure out how this situation can be improved moving forward,

01:19and that she hopes to find more opportunities for the fans who did not get tickets.

01:24She concluded her message by thanking people for wanting to see her on the Ares tour,

01:27saying,

01:28You have no idea how much that means to me.
