00:02There's been a lot of comparisons to Britney Spears as well.
00:05How does it feel to be compared to an icon like that?
00:08I mean, I honestly take it as a compliment.
00:10I think she's one of the most incredible performers of the 2000s.
00:15I remember watching her as a kid all the time.
00:17And I just feel very lucky that she's seen my performances and knows my music.
00:21It feels crazy and very surreal.
00:23So I just feel very lucky.
00:24You have a new song dropping tomorrow.
00:26What can you tell us about it?
00:28It's very pop.
00:29The music video is very ballsy and daring.
00:32And I'm so excited.
00:33Sean Bankhead, my choreographer, actually crushed the choreography.
00:37It's one of my favorites.
00:38I'm excited to start the new era in a fierce way.
00:41Any advice that you would give to your younger self about being in this industry?
00:47I would say listen to yourself, always.
00:50I think listening to anyone else gets you nowhere.
00:52And it just makes you ten times more confused.
00:55You always know in your gut.
