00:00When you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the d**k.
00:05While some may have forgotten about now-president Donald Trump's infamous Access Hollywood interview,
00:10the people behind a rogue commemorative plaque at the interview site want you to never forget about it.
00:16On October 20, the official Twitter account for the writers' room of the CW's superhero drama
00:21Legends of Tomorrow posted a photo of an official-looking plaque that read,
00:25On this spot in September 2005, Donald J. Trump bragged about committing sexual assault.
00:31In November 2016, he was elected president of the United States.
00:35The plaque was posted as a way to memorialize the Access Hollywood tape that leaked,
00:39in which Trump can be heard bragging to then-host Billy Bush about sexual assault by grabbing women by the d**k.
00:45In the accompanying tweet, the 45th president was tagged along with this quip,
00:49Legends never forget the important moments in history.
00:52But the plaque's moment turned out to be a brief one.
00:55A source tells The Hollywood Reporter that shortly after the plaque went up on the former NBC Studios lot,
01:00now Burbank Studios, security officials took it down within minutes.
01:04It's also understood that the plaque wasn't a real plaque, either.
01:07A source insisted that it was glossy paper or a heavy paper-like material.
01:11The stunt leads back to Phil Klemmer, an executive producer of Legends of Tomorrow.
01:15Seth Gottlieb, a visual effects editor on the series, also shared the image on his Facebook, writing,
01:20In dishonor of our president, the producers of my show have created a plaque commemorating his comments
01:26to Billy Bush, which happened on our lot. In the comments section when asked who was responsible for it,
01:31he wrote, was all Phil. THR has reached out to Warner Brothers, home of Legends of Tomorrow,
01:36but has yet to hear back. The same day the image went up, Klemmer tweeted confirmation that it was in fact removed.
01:42It took our offices 15 minutes to take down this plaque. The truth remains.
