00:17and, using the same material, separate the road from the sea by about 20 metres.

00:27thanks to the joint assistance of teams from Venezuela and Alba TCB.
00:40Also on Friday, a new cargo ship loaded with supplies to aid the recovery efforts after Hurricane Melisa set sail from eastern Cuba.
00:48The supplies include machinery, material for the construction and repair of houses and bridges and roads,
00:54as well as mattresses and other essential supplies.
00:58The vessel will arrive at the Guillermo Moncada port,
01:01where local authorities will coordinate immediate distribution of the supplies in the areas affected by the weather event.
