01:33Recall this week we told you about Megan Thee Stallion hanging out poolside with Tory Lanez and Kylie Jenner,

01:40hours before an incident that resulted in Tory's arrest and Meghan's hospitalization.

01:45At first it was rumored that Meghan was taken for a cut on her foot.

01:48But the rapper took to social media on Wednesday to clear the air and revealed that her foot suffered a gunshot wound.

01:55Well now a source told Page Six that Tory fired the shots within the vehicle while Meghan was outside trying to leave.

02:02However, despite the sources claims, a spokesperson for the LAPD would not confirm whether a video was submitted for investigation

02:10and told the site that any videos would not be released until the case goes to court in order to protect the integrity of the case.

02:18Adding to this, the police would not say whether Tory, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, is a suspect.

02:24A spokesperson said that detectives are seeking information regarding the shooting involving Daystar Peterson

02:30and the investigation is still ongoing.

02:33According to TMZ, sources close to Tory said the reason he hasn't been booked for the alleged shooting

02:38is because there are still mitigating circumstances.

02:41And based on what they were told, the site says they believe Tory will say it was an accidental shooting.

02:47TMZ also reports police may not have seen the alleged video of the shooting due to witnesses not cooperating.

02:54However, if such a video does exist, it could dramatically change the case.
