01:22Witnesses at the scene said people were arguing in an SUV before someone fired shots in the air and the vehicle sped off.
01:29Cops reportedly found Tory and Megan in that SUV shortly after and they also found the gun.
01:35It's also mentioned that Megan had a cut on her foot from broken glass and was taken to the hospital after Tory was arrested.
01:41The site says police have listed Megan as a victim in the incident.
