00:12and is teasing a Mandalorian special.

00:15While on The Tonight Show to promote his upcoming series, Masters of the Universe,

00:18the actor told host Jimmy Fallon that he was just as shocked as Star Wars fans were

00:23to have gotten the phone call to be a part of the hit Disney Plus series.

00:27Hamill noted, I had finished playing that part and I never expected to do it again.

00:31And I thought if they ever tell stories of Luke in that period, post the originals and pre-sequels,

00:37they'd get an actor, you know, an age-appropriate actor.

00:40Hamill also teased a Mandalorian special set to drop on Disney Plus,

00:44which will actually feature the making of his episode.

00:47Which is a making of the season finale of season two, which is the episode I was in.

00:56The special premieres on August 25th.
