00:16The Executive Vice President Del Cide Rodriguez led the 19th meeting of the Russia-Venezuela High-Level Intergovernmental Commission, where both nations signed new agreements in various areas to strengthen strategic cooperation and modular development.
00:30The Venezuelan Vice President highlighted that during the meeting, 42 new actions were proposed across 10 existing areas of the High-Level Intergovernmental Commission, noting progress in the fields of energy, transportation, sports, culture and finance.
00:46In this regard, she specified that this new addition falls within the Strategic Partnership and Cooperation Treaty signed by Presidents Vladimir Putin and Nicolas Maduro, which provides outstanding conditions to advance the 2030 plan.
