00:07During the company's earnings call, Zasloff said that the studio's latest offer had, quote,
00:12met virtually all of the union's goals.
00:14We made a last and final offer, which met virtually all of the union's goals
00:19and includes the highest wage increases in 40 years
00:22and believe it provides for a positive outcome for all involved.
00:26We recognize that we need our creative partners to feel valued and rewarded
00:29and look forward to both sides getting back to the business of telling great stories.
00:34Zasloff has been one of the four main studio heads at the negotiating table with the union
00:38alongside Disney's Bob Iger, NBC Universal's Donna Langley and Netflix's Ted Sarandos.
00:44On Monday night, the Alliance of Motion Pictures and Television Producers made an offer,
00:48which it called its last, best and final,
00:51and SAG-AFTR continued to deliberate on the proposal into Wednesday.
