00:00So tell me about the character that you play in this movie.

00:02Yeah, I play the king of Mother World, and you only really get a glimpse of him in this part one.

00:10He features a lot more in part two, which is the Scargiver, so yeah.

00:14I'm just here to support the movie and the incredible universe that Zack has created.

00:19What made you want to step into this Rebel Moon universe?

00:22Zack Snyder, you know.

00:24I've been an admirer of his work for a long, long time.

00:27He's an extraordinary filmmaker and storyteller.

00:31I mean, he paints with a large canvas, but his attention to detail is remarkable.

00:37What would you say is your favorite Zack Snyder movie, aside from these projects?

00:41Okay, well, I'm a fan of The Watchmen 300.

00:44I mean, all of them.

00:45They're all so unique.

00:47He's constantly reinventing himself, which I love.

00:51But he's just a remarkable storyteller and filmmaker.

00:56And he's also a great DP.

00:58You know, he shot the whole thing.

01:00So, yeah.

01:01What's the best part about working with him?

01:04Just how easy he is to work with.

01:06He loves actors.

01:09He's got a great sense of humor.

01:11And he doesn't sweat the small stuff, you know.

01:13I mean, this movie is huge.

01:16I mean, the production value is extraordinary.

01:18And, you know, I'd walk onto sets and I'd be like, oh, my goodness, you know.

01:24And for him, it's just making another movie.

01:27You know, for actors and walking on the set for the first time, you know, literally, we're

01:32all looking at each other like, oh, my goodness.

01:34Our mouths, our jaws are dropping at the spectacle of it.

01:39And he loves it.

01:41He loves what he does for a living, you know.

01:44And he happens to be very good at it.
