00:00Senator Ronald Bato De La Rosa will seal no show in today's Senate budget hearing.

00:05This after the International Criminal Court arrest warrant for the lawmaker that is yet to be confirmed.

00:11Senator De La Rosa was supposed to be the budget sponsor for the Department of National Defense, or D&D.

00:17According to Senate President Vicente Soto III, the senator was absent since November 11.

00:23The Senate President insisted the lawmakers' absenteeism isn't acceptable, citing he is now looking for possible sanctions for the senator.

00:53The Senate President said that the Senate President is not acceptable, but it is not acceptable.
