Youth, advocacy groups back DOH 'total ban on vape'  Youth and advocacy groups, led by The Philippine Smoke-Free Movement and anti-tobacco coalitions, support the Department of Health's 'total ban on vape' during a press conference in Quezon City on Nov. 27, 2025. They called on the government to realign its policies with stronger public health protections after COP11.
