00:49It snowed for like 10, 20 minutes, and then it melted.

00:52After they got off the plane, there was another piece of evidence that the pilot gave that didn't line up.

01:21Some flights might get canceled because of the route.

01:24Why did the flight to Cairo go when the conditions are apparently awful?

01:28But there's a darker truth that could be the reason why her flight got canceled.

01:33It's leaving the airplane now to get on the bus here.

01:39It melted.

01:40I think, personally, it was a staffing issue.

01:43Because they were delayed, if we were gonna take off, they basically needed to get this crew that were on the plane out and a different crew on.

01:51Because if the same crew was on the flight, they'd go over their working hours, so they'd need a new crew on.

01:56I think they couldn't get a new crew on.

01:59They've just said to us, it's canceled because of the weather conditions.

02:03We don't get the compensation.

02:05Because if a flight's canceled due to weather conditions, then that's, like, kind of, like, out of airlines control.

02:11Whereas if it's canceled because, like, of crew, you can get money from it.

02:14She's furious because the flight's cancellation caused devastating consequences for her family.
