00:26Today we head out to the airport in Auckland for our trip.
00:30Natasha is about to transform her appearance with a facelift procedure in Bangkok.
00:34So we've made it to Bangkok. It is really busy. It's actually a little bit overwhelming.
00:39We're getting picked up today from Destination Beauty to take us to our hotel.
00:43Tomorrow we'll get our pre-op consultation with Surgery Monday.
00:48My face is starting to swell with the heat and you can really sort of start seeing what I want done.
00:54She is put up in a comfortable hotel to prepare for tomorrow's surgery.
00:57Waiting to be picked up at 11 for my surgery today.
01:00Still very anxious but also really excited to see the change.
01:05This is where I look at this all the time and I just absolutely hate it.
01:11So getting that lifted up would be fabulous.
01:14So I guess after this I know I'm going to look like quite a different person.
01:18The immediate results of the surgery may not look great,
01:20but her recovery will show the true effects of the surgery.
01:23I'm very, very bruised as you can see all through my neck.
01:28But oh my god, I'll tell you what looks amazing is my neck.
01:32It's just no, it's all slim, very slim.
01:36She seems happy with the surgery, but how will her family react?
01:39Day one back here in New Zealand, I'm so sore still.
01:44I came home and my family looked at me and this one thing Terry said was,
01:48oh my god, I thought you were going to look so horrendously different,
01:52like you've had a ridiculous facelift.
01:54So he's really happy.
01:56My son even looked at me and said, oh yeah, mum, okay, I can take that.
02:01The next few days I'm literally just going to put my warworm cream on.
02:05My bruising's starting to go down quite dramatically.
02:08She is on the road to recovery, eager to see the results of her facelift journey.
02:13Yeah, I'm really, really happy with my progress.
02:15And I put some makeup on, which had all my bruises.
02:19You know, and you've had enough when you're just about ready to pass out.
02:21So I forget that I've had major surgery.
02:24It can take weeks to get back to yourself.
02:26But as Natasha experiences, the results are exactly what she wanted.
02:29Oh, it's hard to believe.
02:30It's been almost five weeks since I've had my facelift.
02:32Back at work and everything's healing well.
02:34I'm still really swollen in my eyes and on the sides of my hair here.
02:39I'm still really sore and I'm waiting for that lovely mist to come through on my chin.
02:45I had someone recently say to me on a comment and I think this site's and say really awful things.
02:50But you know what?
