A THR and National Research Group survey reveals how Trump supporters and Clinton supporters view "fake news," top broadcasters and political personalities differently.

00:00Nearly 40% of all news is fake, or so Americans believe, according to a poll conducted by the National Research Group and commissioned by The Hollywood Reporter.
00:09The 1,000 respondents, all frequent news consumers, split between Trump and Clinton supporters, said that only 62% of the news is real, with Clinton voters finding it a lot more real than Trump's.
00:20Additionally, Bill O'Reilly was voted the most negatively viewed news figure, with 24% of pollsters saying they felt very unfavorable toward the Fox host.
00:29Anderson Cooper, on the other hand, was voted most favorably, as 36% of respondents would describe him as improved and talented.
00:37Sean Hannity ranked as the second most unfavorably viewed news personality, with 20% of respondents.
00:43Megyn Kelly and Rachel Maddow both tied as very unfavorable, with 17% of those polled, followed by Brian Williams with 14%.
00:51The survey was conducted April 1st through 2nd, the same weekend an expose by the New York Times revealed that O'Reilly had been accused of sexually harassing or verbally abusing five women,
01:02who collectively received $13 million in payments in exchange for not pursuing litigation or speaking publicly about the accusations.
01:09Since then, over two dozen advertisers pulled out of the O'Reilly Factor.
01:14The scandal, however, has drawn in more viewers for his show, with O'Reilly Factor ratings increasing and topping all of cable news last week.
