00:00Breaking Bad takes home a big one and more winners from the 2013 Emmy Award.
00:07Hey everyone, I'm Brian Corsetti for ENTV.
00:10The cast and crew of Breaking Bad has a major win to celebrate as its final season comes to a close.
00:17The EMC hit one in the Outstanding Drama Series category for the first time ever.
00:22Now, to top it off, Walter White's better half, Anna Gunn, took home the trophy for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama.
00:30To every cast and crew member, thank you so much.
00:34Newsroom star Jeff Daniels pulled off an upset win over other Emmy favorites like Jon Hamm, Brian Cranston, and Damien Lewis as the Best Actor in a Drama category.
00:44Didn't expect this. I usually don't win anything.
00:47The last thing I won was in, a few years ago, for Squid and the Whale, I won the Best Actor Over 50 from the AARP.
00:54Despite getting an endorsement from screen legend Diana Carroll, Scandal star Kerry Washington did not win Best Actress in a Drama.
01:02That honor went to last year's winner, Homeland star Claire Danes.
01:06And here's a shocker.
01:08Academy favorite Modern Family took home no Emmys in the acting categories, but it made up for it by winning Outstanding Comedy Series.
01:16Veep's Julia Louis-Dreyfus won her second Lead Actress Emmy for Veep, while her co-star Tony Hale took home supporting actor in a comedy.
01:25And Merit Weaver won for her supporting role in the Showtime comedy Nurse Jackie.
01:30Thank you so much.
01:33Um, I gotta go. Bye.
01:37And Stephen Colbert ended Jon Stewart and The Daily Show's 10-year winning streak in the Outstanding Variety Series.
01:47Of course, Stewart is credited as a creator and executive producer on The Colbert Report, so he kind of won anyway, right?
01:53As I said before, it's sort of a cliche to say that it's an honor just to be nominated, but it's more than that.
01:58It's also a lie.
01:59This is way better.
02:03I'm Brian Corsetti.
