00:11Parliament Technologies would like to confirm that the company has mutually agreed with Ye
00:16to terminate the intent of sale of Parler. This decision was made in the interest of both parties
00:21in mid-November. The announcement came the same day that Ye appeared on Alex Jones's Infowars,
00:26where the rapper continued to make anti-Semitic statements. Parliament Technologies, the parent
00:31company of Parler, first announced in October that it had reached an agreement for Ye to buy the
00:35company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the acquisition was praised by conservative
00:40pundits and the company, which said, quote, the proposed acquisition will assure Parler a future
00:45role in creating an uncancellable ecosystem where all voices are welcome. As part of their statement
00:50on Thursday, the company said, Parler will continue to pursue future opportunities for growth and the
