00:09According to the lawsuit, which was obtained by Hollywood Life,

00:12it says that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star complained to executives

00:15about years of racist remarks from her co-star Kim Zolchek-Brearman,

00:19but only NeNe suffered consequences.

00:22The suit reads, NBC, Bravo, and True foster a corporate and workplace culture

00:27in which racially insensitive and inappropriate behavior is tolerated, if not encouraged.

00:32NeNe claims that Kim used the N-word and perpetrated offensive stereotypes

00:36about African Americans, among other things.

00:40Hollywood Life has reached out to representatives of the defendants and Kim,

00:42but we have yet to hear back.
