00:21When asked about how she observes independent cinema in India,
00:24the actress revealed that she has a soft corner for independent cinema.
00:30As people like commercial cinema, I also like more independent cinema.
00:38The film is such a collaborative business and you can't eat anything alone.
00:45So when you come here, you have so many directors, producers, festival people,
00:49different departments, different people who can help you, who can support you.
00:57So that's very important. So this festival, we celebrate our culture, our film, our storytellers.
01:04Even conversations, like I was talking about before this interview, AI, this, and no.
01:09So these are all the things that happen from the evening, you're talking films and I love that.
01:14The actress was further asked, how do you explore an internal world while building a character?
01:20Replying to this, Shweta shared that every character requires a different approach,
01:24but music and fragrances are constant.
01:26It's a different way to approach the character. One thing which is constant is the music,
01:32the playlist, and the perfume. I do all the things that I do for each character.
01:37Another thing is also that the makeup, it doesn't happen to me that my character looks good.
01:43My character needs to look like a character. That's for me.
01:46So these are the, you know, there are a lot of external tools, which you can use internally.
01:53What do you say to regulate?
01:55Yes, to regulate it. And there are a lot of things that you come from inside,
01:59which you can see outside.
