00:00Bhavna ji, first of all, welcome to INS.
00:02Thank you so much, sir.
00:04And Bhavna ji, first of all,
00:05what is your overall journey from starting
00:07to Priya Darshan ji's first film?
00:12How is your overall journey?
00:15It's very fun.
00:18It's very eventful.
00:24I've done only films,
00:26I've done theatre,
00:28I've tried to work in a lot of mediums,
00:36but also I've done OTT.
00:39And it's very fun.
00:42The first film,
00:44Ashley,
00:45for me, was my Hindi film,
00:48Sanjay Garbi sir,
00:49and after that,
00:54I've done many other Hindi films
00:56and Southpur.
00:58And in that,
01:00a film that was very popular,
01:02was Priya sir's victim,
01:04Malayalam film.
01:06And after that, I went abroad,
01:09because in an international stage musical,
01:14I got the opportunity to be a star
01:16for the title role
01:18for the title role.
01:19The show's name was Bharti.
01:22So, I've done that show for about 12 years.
01:27I've done a lot of artists,
01:28and the whole world,
01:32I've performed in the stadiums,
01:35and the arena.
01:37And,
01:37I've done 100 amazing artists,
01:40and all of them,
01:41and I've done 100 amazing artists.
01:45So,
01:47Bhahnu ji,
01:48Bhut Bangla,
01:48Akshay Kumar,
01:49Aswani ji,
01:50just as actors,
01:50how many different experiences
01:53were there?
01:53And,
01:54what kind of working style
01:55did you learn as an actor
01:57as an actor?
02:01Aswani ji,
02:02all the working styles
02:02were very dedicated.
02:04This is a common thing.
02:06And,
02:08Aswani sir,
02:09was very serious,
02:11and very serious.
02:12As we say,
02:13our old school stars,
02:15who remember their lines perfectly,
02:20and were sitting in the room,
02:22and were never going to their van.
02:24And,
02:25when sir said,
02:26he was ready.
02:27He was standing first.
02:29So,
02:32Aswani ji,
02:33a very amazing star.
02:36He was an actor.
02:38He was amazing.
02:40But,
02:41truly,
02:44the actor's behaviour
02:46and conduct
02:47that I have learned.
02:49And,
02:50Akshay sir?
02:51Akshay sir is a very different way.
02:53He keeps having fun and fun.
02:56He keeps having fun and fun.
02:57And,
02:58all the scenes and shots
03:01were with him.
03:02Hardly,
03:03I would have given him a shot.
03:04I wouldn't have given him.
03:05I would have given him a shot.
03:08So,
03:09he was constantly playing cricket on the sets.
03:14He can play his whole set.
03:16He can play his own hands.
03:19He keeps a light mood.
03:21And,
03:22he is also a lot of discipline.
03:23He keeps having fun and fun.
03:28He keeps having fun and fun.
03:28he is also a good idea.
03:30I think,
03:30there is a lot of concentration.
03:31But,
03:32there are a lot of fun.
03:34He is also a good idea.
03:38is
03:39very careful
03:40with them
03:40with them
03:41I
03:42said
03:47we
03:48were
03:49very
03:49very
03:51It was a fun thing, we played a lot on their iPads and we were able to survive, no one
04:01was able to survive.
04:05Bhut Bangla is a combination of horror and comedy. As an actor, how much was the right balance of the
04:11right balance?
04:17The genre is challenging for the maker. The actor has to say the line of the actor.
04:25He needs to speak correctly and correctly.
04:30He needs to do the acting.
04:35The genre has to face the challenges of the writer and director.
04:39He needs to face the character.
04:42Have you ever seen a scene where it was scary but it was difficult to control the set?
04:48Of course, many times.
04:50As I have known, I had told all my shots of Akshay sir.
04:54I didn't have a shot of Akshay sir.
04:57After one take, first of all, his first take would be okay.
05:03He is Priyant sir. Priyantr, Priyantr, Priyadarshan sir.
05:07His writing is perfect.
05:09He is editing a film in his mind.
05:13He doesn't shoot any extra.
05:17So, first of all, his first take would be okay.
05:20But if there are two takes,
05:24I mean Akshay sir has to do something.
05:27And we have to be ready.
05:29He never told us what he is going to do.
05:32I was like,
05:35I was like,
05:36I am going to be careful.
05:37He has to be careful.
05:38I am not sure what he is doing.
05:42He has to be careful.
05:45I was like,
05:45I am so angry at this take.
05:47but I don't know.
05:49You said that Sanjay Lila Banthali has also told you that
05:55Sanjay Lila Banthali has been a dream collaborator,
06:00so if you call them and say that
06:04that you have a role,
06:06what kind of character you expect
06:08and what you demand them completely
06:10unpredictable role?
06:14Sanjay Lila Banthali will give me any role
06:19to me.
06:20That is my role.
06:23I am not in the position of demand
06:25and I will never do it.
06:29But yes, I hope that
06:31whenever I get to work with Sanjay Sir,
06:35I hope
06:38I hope
06:39it is a very amazing
06:40and
06:43challenging road
06:45and
06:46I hope dance is a good
06:48achievement.
06:50I have done dance in Indian classical
06:53and
06:54Sanjay Sir,
06:56Indian classical dance
06:58and music
06:59good knowledge
07:02so
07:02if there is an Indian filmmaker
07:05who
07:07dance and music
07:09is a grand scale
07:11grand canvas
07:12then
07:13that is Sanjay Sir
07:15Sanjay Lila Banthali Ji.
07:18Yes,
07:20I hope
07:21someday.
07:24You have said
07:25that if you are not actor
07:26or dancer
07:27then you want to become astronaut.
07:29So
07:29acting
07:30where imagination
07:30and emotion
07:31are based on astrophysics
07:33and logic
07:33and science.
07:34How do you feel
07:35that both
07:36seemingly opposite worlds
07:37in your personality
07:38can coexist?
07:41Emotion
07:42illogical
07:42cannot be
07:43illogical.
07:44Emotion
07:45in logic
07:46is
07:47more difficult
07:47the actor's work.
07:49And
07:52why the character
07:53is saying
07:53the character
07:54is saying
07:54what is coming
07:55What is going on.
07:57What is it?
07:58What is it?
07:59What is its need?
08:00What is its want?
08:01What is its roots
08:02?
08:03To understand the whole world, there is a lot of logic and a lot of science needs to be able
08:09to understand the whole world.
08:10You need to know your behavioural science.
08:14There are a lot of things in which your rational brain needs to be very strong.
08:21In my opinion, you need imagination and emotion.
08:25But with a rational and logical mind, a scientific mind can help with an actor.
08:35Today, there is a new trend of social media on the basis of casting.
08:44How can you change these trends or navigate these trends?
08:51But do you think that this talent has to compete with an actor or a follower?
09:01Of course, this is true.
09:04But why not?
09:05If I will make a film as a producer, I want to take someone who is already popular.
09:13I will not invest in popularity.
09:18I think it is okay that influencers are becoming actors.
09:23But there is a good chance when an influencer or non-actor is just based on followers.
09:33Of course, it seems bad.
09:35Of course, it seems that it should not happen.
09:37But the reality is that it is happening.
09:40So, I think it is happening to me as actors.
09:47So, we need to navigate our career intelligently.
09:53And we need to work on social media.
09:57So, why?
09:58Have you ever had a job in your place where you have an influencer or something like that?
10:06Of course, it's been a long time and it's been a long time and it's been a long time and
10:14the next day he can show up and do what you have to do.
10:18You don't talk about rejection, but when an actor gives a repetitive audition and the role gets to get someone
10:26else, can you maintain a positive mindset?
10:31Or this is also a struggle where actors don't talk openly about it?
10:39I think actors talk openly about it and I think that I don't want to take rejection personally.
10:46I don't want to take it personally because it will be a very foolishness for someone who thinks about it.
10:53And it doesn't have to be a victim to be a victim to indulge in that drama.
11:01So, yes, rejection doesn't happen in a career.
11:06In our career, actors have a lot of rejection.
11:10We have to deal with rejection on a daily basis.
11:11We have to deal with rejection.
11:13So, just take care of your mental health.
11:16Be practical about it.
11:18And if you have more than a failure, then you will have time based on it.
11:24You will have no difference.
11:27You will have to deal with rejection on an active role and if you have to deal with a career
11:33in a career and a career in a career, then you will have to deal with užPS.
11:51I think it's very challenging because a director is not only captain of the ship, but he's almost like an
12:02HR head, you know.
12:04He needs to manage people.
12:06I think it's very challenging to keep everyone happy, but keep everyone motivated.
12:18It doesn't matter many days when you don't feel good at all, but you have to feel good at all.
12:28So this is challenging to me and I'm learning this.
12:31I think people say that networking is very important.
12:37If you don't have a network, you won't be able to get a job.
12:40How do you see this?
12:42Networking is very important.
12:44Or you have to be able to be able to work?
12:48Networking is very important, definitely.
12:52And it's the most important thing.
12:54Okay.
13:02It's a business.
13:04Please treat your profession like any other business.
13:08So you do research and development.
13:10Okay.
13:11You do time to invest in the business.
13:12It's a business.
13:13You do time to invest in the business.
13:15Okay.
13:17Lastly, what are your future projects?
13:19And what message do you want to give to your fans?
13:23It's been a year old family in Japan and it comes to the business and it's very important
13:30to know everyone now from the state of London.
13:40And you know, you don't think so far, But that you shouldn't have to be able to see
13:56I just want to say thank you for all the love that people have given and God.
14:02Ma'am, you have worked with Akshay and Sahih.
14:06And both of them are very intimate.
14:09So how much fun do you work with the set?
14:12Especially with Sahih and Sahih?
14:15I really enjoyed it.
14:19Sahih sir and I had an ad for Pepsi.
14:26And I was very surprised.
14:29There were a lot of guys in that ad.
14:31But I was very surprised that when Sahih sir met me again,
14:34I said, hi, I'm Bhavna.
14:36And he's like, yeah, I know you, Bhavna Pani.
14:38Of course, I remember you did that ad with me.
14:42And I was like, wow.
14:44I can't remember.
14:46It's been about 15-20 years after that.
14:50So, this is a very good person's mark.
14:58How much importance it gives each person to the set.
15:04And he doesn't remember it.
15:06So, I was very, very impressed.
15:08And it's a very good human being also.
15:10Thank you for having me.
15:11I need to ask you more about this,
15:14I'm sorry I just want to say this man.
15:15It was recently Krittis and Urky ad.
15:18It was a jewelry ad.
15:20And in that, I don't know.
15:23Our clothing ad was a pretty revealing clothing ad.
15:25So, for some of you,
15:27we were also a jewelry ad.
15:39If you don't wear it, it would be better.
15:41Because you have to be trolled on those things.
15:44I haven't seen an ad, but of course I have seen photos.
15:49I think that the ad works even if you wear something else.
16:02It really depends.
16:04I don't have any difference.
16:05But I don't want anyone from my choices.
16:12So you have to do everything.
16:16So yes, I didn't feel bad about it personally.
16:21But if someone felt it, this is not a good thing.
16:26As in, we should not hurt other people's sentiments.
16:30Also, this is a very beautiful and sacred festival.
16:37Yes.
16:38So yes, it could be avoided.
16:41It could be a good thing.
16:43What advice would you like for young actors who want to be an actor?
16:47Especially who want to make a mark for Bollywood?
16:51Yes.
16:54Yes.
16:54Yes.
16:55We will only say one thing, please know why you want to be an actor.
17:01And then, if you have to be a person who wants to be an actor, then you will be a
17:05person who wants to be an actor.
17:22If you want to be a person who wants to be a person who wants to be an actor, then
17:27you will be a person who wants to be an actor.
17:55Be strong and confidence comes from not being a victim.
18:04Don't be a victim.
18:06That's all I say.
18:07Okay, thank you.
