00:03relevant and it's so successful after 15 years, is Rachel's not the same as Caitlin.

00:09She's not the same as JoJo.

00:10She's not the same as Nick or anybody.

00:13They bring their own characters, characteristics, baggage, history, defense mechanisms.

00:20And as a host and as a producer, you have to go figure out what that is.

00:23Okay, what makes her tick?

00:24And what's she looking for?

00:25Why is she here?

00:26Why has it not been working?

00:27And for Rachel, you know, she's so accomplished and she's smart and educated and professional

00:32and a lawyer.

00:33But what makes her a great lawyer are kind of big stumbling blocks for trying to find love.

00:42Methodical and very detail-oriented.

00:44It's like, well, sometimes you've got to take your hand off the wheel and allow love to happen.

00:47And that's not her thing.

00:48She wants to fix it and make it work.

00:51And I'm like, you can't make love work.

00:53That's not how it goes.

00:55So that was a challenge for her.
