Beyoncé's new album 'Cowboy Carter' has boosted streams for Black country artists on Spotify. Since the project's release, the number of first-time listeners for acts who appear on 'Cowboy Carter,' like Brittney Spencer and Reyna Roberts, has increased. The Hollywood Reporter can exclusively reveal that Spencer saw an uptick of 170 percent in first-time listeners, while Roberts saw an increase of 125 percent.

00:06Since the project's release on Friday, the number of first-time listeners for acts who appear on Cowboy Carter,
00:11like Britney Spencer and Raina Roberts, has increased.
00:15The Hollywood Reporter can exclusively reveal that Spencer saw an uptick of 170% in first-time listeners,
00:21while Roberts saw an increase of 125%.
00:24Meanwhile, Tanner Adele's first-time listeners also went up 125%,
00:28while Tierra Kennedy's were increased by 110%.
00:31Beyoncé collaborated with those four artists on a cover of The Beatles' Blackbird,
00:35the second track on Cowboy Carter.
00:41Meanwhile, Willie Jones, who appears alongside Beyoncé on Just For Fun,
00:45saw an uptick of 75% in first-time listeners,
00:48and Shibuzzi, who was featured on Spaghetti and Sweet Honey Buckin', went up 70%.
00:52And the Beyoncé effect wasn't just for first-time listeners.
00:59The budding acts also saw a major uptick in catalog listening on Spotify in the last week.
01:03When it came to catalog listening, Tierra Kennedy saw an increase of 40,000%,
01:08Britney Spencer, 37,220%,
01:11Raina Roberts, 16,000%,
01:13Willie Jones, 5,650%,
01:16Tanner Adele, 3,200%,
01:19and Shibuzzi, 1,350%.
