00:00The DPWH is the undisputed cesspool of corruption among all government agencies as a result of the flood control mess and probe.

00:08But government's tax collecting agency is not far behind, says Senator Erwin Tulfo with the reported shenanigans of BIR tax revenue examiners extorting millions of pesos on all types of businesses.

00:20Hence, he is urging the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee to look into this serious allegation to curb or put an end to this reported practice of corruption.

00:27Tulfo's latest expose on yet another case of egregious corruption in the BIR comes as the ongoing probe on the flood control scam heats up.
