A proud new grandpa wearing an ‘I can’t keep calm my daughter’s having a baby’ t-shirt hilariously started to ugly cry when discovering his newborn grandson had been named after him. Self-confessed "Daddy's girl," Gina Cannarozzi, from Garfield, New Jersey, has always looked up to her father, Michael, 66. Michael is the kind of dad who helps everyone and always shows up, Gina said, and has been her hero for as long as she can remember. So, while she was pregnant with her first child, Gina decided she wanted to honor her dad by naming her child after him. The 35-year-old kept her proposed name a secret throughout her pregnancy, and having given birth on September 28, Gina then waited for her parents to walk into her hospital ward. After the birth, Gina told Michael and his wife, Arlene, she still hadn't chosen a name, but once the pair – who were wearing the fun grandparent tees – were in the room, they looked at the name tag.
