00:00So we're getting ready now and I have to say I choked earlier on a fish bone, got lodged in my throat

00:06and my wonderful Jane has been with me for nine years, did the Heimlich manoeuvre and we got the

00:12bone out but for 20 minutes there it was lodged and I couldn't breathe so it was terrifying so

00:18I'm actually going to study now in case I ever come across anybody who needs my help with the

00:23Heimlich manoeuvre. So gratitude to Jane because I panicked. I really thought that was it, the end.
