Three people have been charged for placing the Chinese flag on the website of Radio Taiwan International. One of them, a former engineer at RTI, faces up to three years and is accused of plotting another hack on Taiwan's National Day in October that was thwarted by authorities.

00:15Prosecutors are charging them with computer security offenses and breach of trust.
00:19One of the indicted is former RTI engineer Wu Zhenxun, who faces up to three years in prison.
00:25Wu is accused of multiple illegal acts and of planning another similar attack on National Day in October.
