00:00Hey everyone, welcome back to Victor Explains.
00:13In today's video, I'll show you how to fix the error message that says your computer appears to be correctly configured,
00:19but the device or resource is not responding on Windows 10, 11, 8, or even Windows 7.
00:27We'll go through two simple methods to get your internet working again, so let's get started.
00:32First of all, make sure you've actually paid your internet service bill, it might sound funny,
00:37but sometimes that's the real reason your connection isn't working.
00:42Alright, moving on to method 1, press the Windows key and the R key together,
00:47then type ncpa.cpl and click OK.
00:51You'll see your network adapters, choose the one you're using, either Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
00:57Right-click it and click disable, wait about 10 seconds, then right-click it again and click enable.
01:03Once that's done, check if your internet connection is back.
01:07Let's try method 2.
01:10Go to the Windows search bar and type cmd, then right-click command prompt and select run as administrator.
01:16You'll find all the commands you need in the video description below, just copy them, paste them into the command prompt and press enter.
