00:00Hi everyone, and welcome back to our channel Victor Explains.
00:13In today's video, we're going to fix the error that says,
00:16some information changed since the last time you connected,
00:19we need additional information to complete the connection in both Windows 10 and Windows 11.
00:24Alright, let's get started, first, open up settings on your Windows computer.
00:29Once you're inside, head over to Network and Internet, and then click on Wi-Fi.
00:37Next, look for the option called Manage Known Networks.
00:41Go ahead and click on it, and you'll see a list of all the Wi-Fi networks your computer has remembered.
00:46Now, find your Wi-Fi name, also called the SSID.
00:50Make sure you select the right one, and then click on Forget.
00:54What this does is remove the old saved details, including the password, so we can set up a fresh connection.
01:00After that, reconnect to your Wi-Fi and type in the password again.
01:04Most of the time, this simple step fixes the problem and gets you back online.
01:10We have to reach the right one for the Wi-Fi.
01:20But, if you have any questions used in the chat, this way you can set up a free account of the Wi-Fi.
01:26And then, we'll have to go through the Wi-Fi.
