38:38on your different roles but i think as the group shrinks in the coming days uh maybe those roles will

38:51well let me tell you something i haven't heard the first fart yet oh nine days in and no one has

40:31you do you talk about food even though you're so hungry you go through your favorite biscuits and

40:41like it boosts you a little bit yes just remembering what a caster cream is yes yeah yeah and actually
40:47something that happens and uh martin kind of alluded to it there everyone taking their own roles
40:51what's strange about being in there is people end up taking different roles at kind of different
40:56times so you'll never see a like a whole camp down it will be someone's having their moment
41:01so you all lift them up and then someone else has a moment you lift them up that's that's how it works
41:06in there yeah it's really too good like communication i think is the thing that builds morale in camp
41:10every talking and i think this is why there's such a happy campus because they're all communicating more
41:15than any other camp i've ever seen i think that's really true what else you got coming well this one is
41:20a whatsapp from helen says we think h and shona should be voted camp leaders as this might help bring them
41:25closer together what do you think i think it could like because then they'll have to spend time
41:31together like assigning the chores doing things it's it's simply more one-on-one time isn't it that'd be
