32:00It's extremely hard for me to be vulnerable.
32:03I was never raised in an environment where my emotions were safe.
32:07I was always told to stop crying.
32:11And if you cried harder, you got hit harder.

32:16That was a huge catalyst for me in actually getting sober because I was so afraid that I was turning into my father.
