00:11CMA week, we're home, seeing friends, sleeping in our own bed.
00:14That's a good feeling.
00:15Oh my gosh, man.
00:16It's the best.
00:17Even though we had the ASCAP Awards last night, and I got an award for cowboy songs, which was awesome.
00:22Let's go.
00:23And I celebrated a little too hard.
00:24I'm hurting a little this morning, but we're a cup of coffees in.
00:27Yeah.
00:28My words are a little slower than we usually are, but we're good, man.
00:31Well, here at our booth, we do something called One Big Question.
00:34I get one question with you and then I'm done.
00:36Let's do it.
00:37And Nicole and I, we were talking about your journey with this lake house.
00:41Yes.
00:42And I want to ask what has been, so building a lake house, right?
00:45What has been the biggest, most difficult portion of this?
00:50And you could go as granular as the foundation or as the mental side of it.
00:56Um, the most difficult part has been managing, uh, my wife's tastes and my budget.
01:03Um, so yeah, they're, they're too, like they couldn't be on further sides of the planet.
01:09Um, so I have to try to pretend like I'm excited about the $3,000 chandelier, but then talk it back to maybe we can get this one for $500.
01:17It looks really good too, you know?
01:18Right.
01:19Same color scheme.
01:20Yes, right.
01:21And every now and then I have to, to, to give in.
01:23Um, but yeah, if it was up to me, um, it would maybe not have the same charm when you walk inside, but I'm trying to at least just keep it on the, on the tracks.
01:31So many of us men, you know, we're men of the household, the whole thing, but we are so weak.
01:35Yeah.
01:36I mean, just cause you just want to make them happy.
01:38Right.
01:39Uh, and what would not make her happy is if I had a, you know, a lawn chair and a box TV in the living room.
01:44Um, so we're, I've done that before.
01:47A hundred percent.
01:48You're like, why mount it?
01:49It can just sit right here.
01:51And she's a, I'll tell you this.
01:52She's a country girl.
01:53And so her dad has got my back.
01:55Um, he, he, when we got married, he's like, I don't know why y'all want to spend all that on the wedding.
01:59He's like, you get a keg and two bags of Fritos and people have the best party you ever had.
02:03So I'm like her dad, man.
02:05I'm the same way.
02:06We're just, uh, we're trying to make it easy.
