00:00I feel like it's rare that any sequel is better than the original.
00:10I mean, there's examples.
00:12And I know you, we've talked about this before.
00:14I know Romero and Leroy, you have one in particular that I can think of off the top of my head
00:18that I disagree with you about.
00:20I'm writing down my answers right now.
00:22Yeah.
00:22See, well, it's different because people used to make movies.
00:28And just leave it at that.
00:31And then if it got really successful, they were like, all right, let's make a sequel.
00:37Versus, Jesus, I can't even think.
00:40Maybe Homeboy with Star Wars.
00:47Not even Terminator.
00:48He didn't even play in part two.
00:50That was the one that I was thinking of.
00:52You guys liked part two better than part one.
00:55I like part one just because it's the original and told and set up the whole story.
01:00Yeah.
01:01So now people are doing movies planning sequels, which annoys the piss out of me because, okay,
01:09Wicked was good.
01:10It was successful.
01:11But there was a time, and it's all, you know whose fault it is?
01:15The Marvel Cinematic Universe.
01:17When they, no, I'm not even joking.
01:19It's their fault all the time.
01:20No, no, because when they did what they did, which was, it was revolutionary.
01:25It wasn't just like, hey, we're going to do a sequel.
01:28They said, we're going to do a franchise of movies that are all connecting to this big
01:34thing that's going to pay off in freaking 10 years later.
01:39That's never been done before.
01:40And when they did that, so many people tried to do the same recipe and failed.
