00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcus Jr. orders law enforcement agencies to immediately implement arrest warrants issued by the Sandeague and Bayan against former Representative Zaldi Kohl and 17 others from the DPWH and SunWest Corporation, this in connection with anomalous flood control projects.

00:17According to the President, the warrants are based on evidence submitted by the ICI and DPWH to the Office of the Ombudsman, not a fabricated story.

00:26The full list of individuals who will be served with arrest warrants have yet to be released.
