00:00These brave men and women need someone to stand up for them. So rarely, you know, these days are
00:05we seeing that. Former Superman actor Dean Cain says he'll be joining ICE. The actor who starred
00:12as Clark Kent slash Superman in the 1990s TV series Lois and Clark, The New Adventures of
00:17Superman, revealed Wednesday on Fox News' Jesse Waters' Primetime that he signed up for Immigration
00:23and Customs Enforcement to help carry out President Donald Trump's mass deportation agenda.
00:28I've spoken with some officials over at ICE and I will be sworn in as an ICE agent ASAP.
00:33On Tuesday, Cain posted a video on his Instagram encouraging people to join the federal agency,
00:38which ramped up hiring after Congress passed a spending bill earlier this summer that gives
00:43ICE money to hire 10,000 more staff. I'm stepping up. Hopefully a whole bunch of other former officers,
00:50former ICE agents will step up and we'll meet those recruitment goals immediately and we'll
00:55help protect this country. He continued, we have a broken immigration system. Congress needs to fix
01:01it. But in the interim, President Trump ran on this. He's delivering on this. This is what people
01:05voted for. It's what I voted for. And he's going to see it through. And I'll do my part and help make
01:10sure it happens. For more on this story, head to THR.com. And for the latest entertainment news and
