00:00Here's a close look at this Inova Inversion Table.
00:05This is what it looks like all put together.
00:07It does come in pieces that you have to put together.
00:09It's pretty easy to put it all together.
00:12And it comes with the tools that you need to do the job.
00:15It's just a lot of nuts and bolts and washers that you're putting together.
00:19So this is what it looks like.
00:21It's got the lumbar support right there.
00:23It's just straps on you, you can remove that if you want.
00:26The actual table itself is very soft and comfortable to lay on.
00:31It feels strong when you're on it.
00:33It doesn't feel like it's going to give out or anything like that.
00:37Down here is where you actually make the adjustment for your height.
00:41So depending on how tall you are, you would just put it right here at that marker right there.
00:48And then there's a little, I don't know if you can see it or not.
00:52You might not be able to get a picture of it.
00:54But there's, yeah, there it is right there.
00:57So you just pull that to the right and then it will release it.
01:01You can slide this bar up and down.
01:03The bar is a little bit of a challenge to push in and out.
01:06So hopefully you don't have to keep making changes to it.
01:10But you can just set it and forget it.
01:12And then to lock your ankles in place, we've got this right here, this handle.
01:18Basically, you just pull it up and then the supports will go down and you just lock it so that it's comfortable on your ankles and probably as tight as it can be.
01:30It does slide around a little bit on a metal, on a wood floor because it's, you know, got the metal supports.
01:36But if you have these gym mats, you can put it on there.
01:38And since doing that, we haven't had it slide around at all.
01:42As far as the angle goes, I'll show you real quick.
01:46You've got these, you've got this little screw right here that you put in place.
01:52And so a one is going to be the least angle.
01:56Then you've got two, three, four, five, all the way up to five.
01:59And so it increases the angle as you go up.
02:03And then if you want to do a full 90, then what you would do is just put the bolt here.
02:08There's nothing to screw in.
02:09It's just, it takes away the stopper.
02:12So you put it in that hole right there and then it will go all the way, basically 90 degrees.
02:22So that is what it looks like.
02:24It's comfortable.
02:25It's well balanced and we are happy with it.
02:28So hopefully that helps you make a decision whether or not it's right for you.
