00:00You know, a couple weeks ago, you had that one-on-one interview with Stephon Diggs.

00:04I'm curious, what was your biggest takeaway after talking with him?

00:09Just the competitiveness from that guy, man.

00:11When I asked him if there was any kind of advice he'd give to himself as a younger player,

00:16it really was just about his attitude.

00:18And, you know, that's the biggest thing, right?

00:19When he comes in, everybody knows Stephon Diggs for his performance,

00:22but also because at times maybe he's been a bit of a distraction.

00:26But really, it's pretty clear that that comes from him wanting to win.

00:30It's kind of similar to Matt Collins, honestly, where both of those guys have, I think,

00:33learned in their career that sometimes you've got to dial it back a little bit

00:36because as fiery and passionate as you are, you still have to be a good teammate.

00:41And I think that's something he's clearly learned.

00:43Now he's in a system where he is the number one.

00:46But from week to week, you don't really know what his production is going to look like.

00:49And his priority is just winning and being able to contribute to this team's success.

00:52So that was pretty cool to see the insight into what it's like to be a guy who's achieved what he has

00:58and is able to reflect on his career and how he's kind of matured as a player.
