00:00All right. Obviously, we make a lot about these discussions, these arguments, these debates over like which New England Patriot could make it to the Patriots Hall of Fame next.
00:08There's going to be a long line. DMACC could have to wait five years because it's going to be Gronk and it's going to be this guy.
00:13And when will Logan Mankins or Vinatieri get in? Blah, blah, blah.
00:16And then we talk a lot about like which Patriots should make it to Canton, the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
00:20It should be Edelman. Well, I can't wait for Brady, Gronk, etc.
00:23Well, there is a former New England Patriot, a longtime great who now has a legitimate chance to get into the Pro Football Hall of Fame thanks to the senior vote.
00:34They have to have been not playing the NFL for 25 years or longer.
00:38And that would be Patriots receiving great Stanley Morgan.
00:42In a piece that I read at Patriots.com from our friend Mike Dussaud, Patriots great Stanley Morgan named Pro Football Hall of Fame senior semifinalist.
00:49He is one of nine semifinalists in the senior category for the class of 2026.
00:55And anyone who watched the New England Patriots from the late 70s through the 1980s remembers that he legitimately was their first ever offensive superstar.
01:04He averaged over 19 yards a catch in his career.
01:09He had well, he had over 10,000 yards, still leads the New England Patriots in receiving yards, had 72 touchdowns.
01:16And sure, he's going up against people like Roger Craig and Kenny Anderson for that class.
01:20But I'll tell you, I think there's a real good chance he makes it.
01:23And this is not a sympathy vote.
01:24He belongs.
